_Note: This guide assumes that you have already removed the front seats, the roof rack, and the door trim panels._
1. Remove the sun visors. These are held in place by two screws each.
2. Remove the grab handles. These are held in place by two screws each.
3. Remove the dome light. This is held in place by two screws.
4. Remove the A-pillar trim panels. These are held in place by two screws each.
5. Remove the B-pillar trim panels. These are held in place by two screws each.
6. Remove the C-pillar trim panels. These are held in place by two screws each.
7. Remove the rear seat belts. These are held in place by two bolts each.
8. Remove the cargo area trim panels. These are held in place by a variety of screws and clips.
9. Remove the sunroof (if equipped). This is a more complicated process that is beyond the scope of this guide.
10. Remove the headliner. This is held in place by a variety of clips and adhesives. You can use a pry tool to carefully remove the clips and then use a heat gun to loosen the adhesives.
Once the headliner is removed, you will have access to the underside of the roof. You can then remove the bolts that hold the roof in place and lift it off of the vehicle.
Be sure to take your time when removing the ceiling, as it is easy to damage the trim panels and headliner. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask for help from a qualified mechanic.
