9. Reinstall Cylinder Head:
- Carefully lower the cylinder head onto the engine block, aligning the head gasket properly.
- Secure the cylinder head with the cylinder head bolts in the correct order and torque specifications as per your vehicle's service manual.
10. Reinstall Components:
- Reinstall the exhaust manifold and intake manifold, along with any removed hoses, sensors, and components.
11. Coolant System Refill:
- Refill the coolant system through the designated reservoir with the appropriate coolant mixture (check the owner's manual for the correct type and ratio).
12. Reconnect Battery:
- Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
13. Perform Test Run:
- Start the engine and let it run for a short while. Check for any leaks or abnormal behavior.
14. Post-Repair Maintenance:
- Keep an eye on the coolant level, oil level, and overall engine performance for any issues that may arise after replacing the head gasket.
