2. Locate the four plastic screws that hold the door panel in place. Two screws are located at the top of the panel, and two screws are located at the bottom.
3. Remove the four screws.
4. Pry the door panel off of the door. Start at the top of the panel and work your way down. Be careful not to break any of the plastic clips that hold the panel in place.
5. Once the door panel is removed, you will be able to access the lock.
6. Repair or replace the lock as needed.
7. Reattach the door panel to the door. Start at the bottom of the panel and work your way up. Make sure that all of the plastic clips are engaged before you tighten the screws.
8. Tighten the four screws.
9. Close the rear hatch door.
