How do you remove left tail light assembly 2003 toyota highlander?

To remove the left tail light assembly on a 2003 Toyota Highlander, follow these steps:

1. Open the rear hatch.

2. Locate the two screws that hold the tail light assembly in place. They are located on the inside of the hatch, near the edge of the light assembly.

3. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws.

4. Gently pull the tail light assembly straight out from the vehicle. It may be necessary to wiggle it back and forth slightly to get it to come free.

5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the tail light assembly.

6. Remove the old light bulb from the back of the tail light assembly.

7. Insert the new light bulb into the back of the tail light assembly.

8. Reconnect the electrical connector to the back of the tail light assembly.

9. Place the tail light assembly back into the vehicle.

10. Secure the tail light assembly with the two screws that you removed earlier.

11. Close the rear hatch.
