1. Gather the necessary tools and materials. You will need a new nipple, a wrench, a screwdriver, and some sealant.
2. Remove the timing chain cover. To do this, you will need to remove the bolts that hold it in place. Be careful not to drop any of the bolts into the engine.
3. Once the timing chain cover is removed, you will be able to see the rusted nipple.
4. Use the wrench to remove the rusted nipple.
5. Apply sealant to the new nipple.
6. Screw the new nipple into place.
