Introduction
The Welbilt Bread Machine Model ABM-100-3 is a fully automatic breadmaker that can make a variety of breads, including white bread, wheat bread, sourdough bread, and gluten-free bread. It also features a programmable timer so you can have fresh bread ready when you wake up in the morning or come home from work.
Getting Started
Before you start using your bread machine, please read the following instructions carefully.
1. Remove all packaging materials from the bread machine.
2. Wipe the inside and outside of the bread machine with a damp cloth.
3. Place the bread machine on a level surface.
4. Plug the bread machine into an outlet.
5. Press the "Power" button to turn on the bread machine.
Basic Operation
To make bread, simply add the ingredients to the bread machine and press the "Start" button. The bread machine will do the rest, automatically mixing, kneading, rising, and baking your bread.
