Locate the odometer reset button. On most Honda Civic models, this button is located on the dashboard, near the steering wheel.
Press and hold the odometer reset button for at least 5 seconds.
While holding down the odometer reset button, turn the ignition key to the “ON” position (but do not start the car).
Continue holding the odometer reset button until the service light turns off.
Release the odometer reset button.
Turn off the ignition key and turn it back ON to verify the light is off.
*If the light turns on again you may need to reset it again or your vehicle may need to be serviced.
