1. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position, but do not start the engine.
2. Fully press and release the accelerator pedal then the break pedal five times within about 30 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition off and wait about 10 seconds.
4. Start the engine and check that the oil change maintenance light has been reset.
If the light has not reset, you may need to take your vehicle to a Lexus dealer or qualified auto repair shop to have it reset.
