1. Locate the diesel filter. It is usually located on the left side of the engine, near the top.
2. Clean the area around the filter. This will help to prevent dirt and debris from entering the fuel system.
3. Unscrew the bleed screw on the top of the filter.
4. Place a container under the bleed screw to catch any fuel that may come out.
5. Open the bleed screw and allow the air to escape from the filter.
6. Close the bleed screw once all of the air has escaped.
7. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes. This will help to circulate the fuel through the filter and remove any remaining air.
If you are still experiencing problems with your diesel filter, you may need to have it replaced.
