- A flat-head screwdriver
- A Phillips-head screwdriver
- A Torx T30 screwdriver
- A pair of pliers
1. Open the passenger door.
2. Remove the two Phillips-head screws that hold the door handle in place.
3. Remove the door handle.
4. Use the flat-head screwdriver to pry open the plastic cover that is located behind the door handle.
5. Remove the two Torx T30 screws that hold the door lock in place.
6. Remove the door lock from the door.
7. Inspect the door lock for damage. If the door lock is damaged, replace it with a new door lock.
8. Reinstall the door lock in the reverse order that you removed it.
9. Test the door lock to make sure that it is working properly.
