1. Turn the ignition key to position II without starting the engine, this position engages the electrical systems (all indicator lights come on). Leave it that way for approximately 20 minutes to erase error.
2. Start the engine.
3. If the check engine light is still on, there maybe a more major underlying fault. Contact an authorized land rover dealership at this point
