1. Gather your tools. You will need a 5mm Allen key and a pair of pliers.
2. Loosen the clamp bolts. Use the 5mm Allen key to loosen the two bolts that hold the clamp in place. Do not remove them completely.
3. Pry the clamp open. Use the pliers to pry the clamp open enough to slide it off the scooter handlebar.
4. Remove the clamp. Once the clamp is open, you can slide it off the handlebar and remove it.
5. Reinstall the clamp. To reinstall the clamp, simply slide it back onto the handlebar and tighten the bolts until they are snug.
