2. Engage the parking brake.
3. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.
4. Remove the spark plug wire from the spark plug.
5. Disconnect negative battery cable
6. Remove pulley cover
7. Using a wrench, loosen and remove the hubcap.
8. Remove the cotter pin from the axle.
9. Slide the wheel and axle assembly off the lawn mower.
10. Use a pulley puller to remove the rear drive pulley from the lawn mower.
Make sure the wheel/axle assembly is off before using a pulley puller
11. Reassemble the lawn mower in the reverse order that you disassembled it.
