How do you bypass Yamaha rhino 660 rev box?

To Bypass Yamaha Rhino 660 Rev limiter you will need the following:

- Jumper wire

- Phillips head screwdriver

- Flathead screwdriver

Step 1: Identify the rev box

1. Locate the rev limiter box. It is a small, black box with two wires coming out of it. It is located under the seat, on the right side of the vehicle.

2. Disconnect the two wires from the rev limiter box.

Step 2: Bypass the rev limiter

1. With the wire leads free, you will now need to connect these together. You can do so with the jumper cable or any wire that will connect these.

2. Plug the male connectors of the jumper wire into the two female connectors on the rev limiter box.

3. Start the engine and test the rev limiter. The engine should now rev past the factory-set limit.

After completing these steps, verify the engine reaches the desired RPM without hesitation or a rev limiter cutting out the ignition at higher RPM.

Step 3: Reassemble

1. Once you are satisfied with the results and have ensured the engine is operating correctly, reconnect the wires to the rev limiter box and reinstall the seat to secure the wiring system.
