Instructions:
1. Park your scooter on a flat surface and engage the parking brake. For an added level of stability, place a wheel chock behind the front wheel.
2. Loosen the lug nuts on the rear tire using the 19 mm socket wrench. Do not remove the lug nuts completely.
3. Place the jack stands underneath the scooter's frame, making sure they are stable.
4. Lift the scooter up until the rear tire is off the ground.
5. Use the 19 mm socket wrench to remove the lug nuts and take off the rear tire.
6. Slide the new tire onto the wheel, aligning the valve stem hole with the valve stem on the wheel.
7. Replace the lug nuts and hand-tighten them.
8. Lower the scooter using the jack stands.
9. Torque the lug nuts to the manufacturer's specifications using the 19 mm socket wrench.
