2. Loosen the lug nuts on the front wheels but do not remove them.
3. Jack up the front of the ATV until the wheels are off the ground.
4. Support the ATV with jack stands or blocks.
5. Remove the lug nuts and wheels.
6. Locate the kingpin nuts on the front forks.
7. Use a wrench to loosen the kingpin nuts.
8. Once the kingpin nuts are loose, use a hammer to tap the kingpins out of the forks.
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for the other kingpin.
10. Once the kingpins are removed, you can remove the front forks from the ATV.
To reinstall the kingpins, simply reverse the steps above.
