1. Make sure the wiper arms are in the "parked" or "resting" position. Turn off the ignition, and move the windshield wiper lever on the steering column towards you. This will bring the wiper arms up and into a vertical position.
2. Locate the small black plastic clip near the base of the wiper arm. This clip helps hold the wiper arm in place.
3. Squeeze the clip with your fingers and pull it towards you. This will release the clip, allowing you to lift the wiper arm off of the splined shaft.
4. Lift the wiper arm straight up off of the splined shaft. It may require a little bit of wiggling to get the wiper arm off, but it should come off easily.
5. Remove the old wiper blade from the wiper arm.
To reinstall the wiper arm:
1. Slide the wiper arm back onto the splined shaft on the wiper motor
2. Press firmly until the clip snaps into place.
3. Test the wiper arms by turning on the ignition and turning on the wipers. Make sure that the wiper arms move smoothly and do not skip.
