1. Locate the license plate light assembly. The license plate light assembly is located in the rear bumper, on either side of the license plate.
2. Remove the light assembly. To remove the light assembly, use a flat-head screwdriver to pry open the clips that hold the assembly in place.
3. Remove the old bulb. Once you have removed the light assembly, you can twist out the old bulb.
4. Insert the new bulb. Insert the new bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise until it is secure.
5. Reattach the light assembly.Reattach the light assembly by snapping it back into place.
6. Test the new bulb. Turn on your headlights and check that the new license plate bulb is working.
