1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Press and hold the "1" and "3" buttons on the radio's front panel.
3. While continuing to hold the buttons, turn on the ignition.
4. The radio display should now show "RESET."
5. Press and hold the "5" button until the display shows "DONE."
6. Turn off the ignition, then turn it back on to complete the reset.
