- Phillips head screwdriver
- Bucket
- Rag
- Flashlight
Instructions:
1. Park your car in a level spot and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood of your car.
3. Locate the washer bottle. It is usually located on the driver's side of the engine bay, near the firewall.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the washer bottle.
5. Disconnect the washer hose from the bottle.
6. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the bottle in place.
7. Carefully lift the bottle out of the engine bay.
8. Empty the washer fluid from the bottle into the bucket.
9. Clean the bottle with a rag and water.
10. Inspect the bottle for damage. If it is cracked or broken, replace it.
11. Reinsert the washer bottle into the engine bay.
12. Secure the bottle with the screws.
13. Reconnect the washer hose and electrical connector.
14. Close the hood of your car.
Your washer bottle is now removed!
