Park your car and turn off the engine.
Open the hood of your car.
Locate the headlight assembly that you need to replace the bulb in.
Press down on the locking mechanism and turn it counterclockwise to release the headlight cover.
Remove the cover and set it aside.
Locate the bulb holder. It is usually a black or gray plastic housing with a twist lock.
Turn the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it.
Remove the old bulb from the bulb holder.
Place the new bulb in the bulb holder.
Turn the bulb holder clockwise to reinstall it.
Reinstall the headlight cover.
Press down on the locking mechanism and turn it clockwise to secure the cover.
Close the hood of your car.
