1) Park your vehicle in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2) Open the hood of the car.
3) Locate the four screws that secure the license plate bracket to the bumper. These screws are usually located in the corners of the bracket.
4) Use a screwdriver to remove the four screws.
5) Once the screws are removed, you can remove the license plate bracket by pulling it straight off of the bumper.
