3. Place the oil pan under the oil pan drain plug. The oil pan drain plug is located at the bottom of the oil pan.
4. Loosen the oil pan drain plug. Use the wrench to loosen the oil pan drain plug. Allow the oil to drain into the oil pan.
5. Remove the oil filter. The oil filter is located near the top of the engine. Use the oil filter wrench to remove the oil filter. Allow the oil to drain out of the oil filter.
6. Clean the oil pan and oil filter. Use a clean rag to wipe away any dirt or debris from the oil pan and oil filter.
7. Apply a thin coat of new gasket material to the new crank oil seal.
8. Install the new crank oil seal. Use the screwdriver to pry the old crank oil seal out of place. Be careful not to damage the crankshaft. Insert the new crank oil seal into place.
9. Reinstall the oil pan and oil filter. Tighten the oil pan drain plug and the oil filter until they are snug.
10. Add new oil to the engine. Use the funnel to add new oil to the engine. Add the amount of oil specified in your owner's manual.
11. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes. Check for any leaks. If there are no leaks, turn off the engine.
