- A Phillips head screwdriver
- A flat head screwdriver (or a putty knife)
- A pair of pliers
1. Park your car in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the license plate screws. There are usually two screws on the top and two screws on the bottom of the license plate.
3. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the screws.
4. If the screws are rusted or stuck, you may need to use the flat head screwdriver or putty knife to pry them loose.
5. Be careful not to damage the paint on your car when you are removing the screws.
6. Once the screws are removed, you can remove the license plate.
7. To reinstall the license plate, simply insert the screws into the holes and tighten them with the Phillips head screwdriver.
