Will a vehicle pass nys inspection if the ABS work?

In New York State, a vehicle will not pass inspection if the ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) is not functioning properly. For a New York State Inspection, all passenger vehicles and light trucks must have fully operational brakes, including the ABS system.
