What would cause the front wheels on a Nissan Vector SSS N13 1.8 Ltr to lock up whilst driving without touching brakes car will only start with clutch in?

Front Wheel Locking:

- Check wheel bearing assembly for excessive end-play - if found then replace the hub assembly

- Inspect steering knuckles / suspension for any abnormal bending causing contact to disk brake rotor

- Remove disk brake rotors and ensure correct disk brake fitment without any contact

Starting Only with Clutch:

- Check clutch condition (e.g. friction or clutch pressure plate) may need replacing
