1. Park your Nissan Quest on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the release lever for the wiper blade. It is usually located on the back of the wiper blade assembly, near the bottom of the windshield.
3. Push down on the release lever and pull the wiper blade up and away from the windshield.
4. Take the new wiper blade and slide it into the wiper blade assembly until it snaps securely in place.
5. Repeat steps 2–4 for the other wiper blade.
6. Test the wiper blades by turning on the windshield wipers and spraying the windshield with water. The wiper blades should clear the water from the windshield evenly and without streaking.
Here are some additional tips for replacing your wiper blades:
- If the wiper blades are stuck to the windshield, you can use a little bit of WD-40 or a similar lubricant to loosen them up.
- Be sure to replace the wiper blades at least once a year, or more often if they start to streak or become damaged.
- When you replace the wiper blades, it is a good idea to clean the windshield thoroughly.
