1. Park your Ford E350 on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the spare tire, which is mounted underneath the rear of the vehicle.
3. Remove the spare tire cover.
4. Use the lug wrench provided in your vehicle toolkit to loosen the lug nuts on the spare tire.
5. Once the lug nuts are loosened, use the jack included with your vehicle to raise the vehicle until the spare tire is off the ground.
6. Remove the lug nuts and take off the spare tire.
7. Lower the vehicle using the jack.
8. Replace the lug nuts and lug wrench and reinstall the hub cap.
9. Store the spare tire and jack back in your vehicle.
