How do you replace window motor on a 1994 Chevrolet Corsica?

Tools Needed:

- Philips screwdriver

- Flathead screwdriver

- Socket set

- Wrench set

Instructions:

1. Disconnect the battery. This is important to prevent any electrical accidents while you are working on the window motor.

2. Remove the door panel. There are several screws that hold the door panel in place. Once you have removed the screws, carefully pry the door panel off, starting from the bottom. Be careful not to break the clips that hold the door panel in place.

3. Locate the window motor. The window motor is located inside the door, behind the door panel. It is usually attached to the window regulator with bolts.

4. Disconnect the window motor. There are two electrical connectors that connect the window motor to the vehicle's electrical system. Disconnect these connectors by pressing down on the locking tab and pulling them apart.

5. Remove the window motor bolts. Use a socket wrench to remove the bolts that hold the window motor to the window regulator.

6. Remove the window motor. Once the bolts are removed, you can carefully remove the window motor from the door.

7. Install the new window motor. Place the new window motor in the door and align it with the mounting holes. Insert the bolts and tighten them with a socket wrench.

8. Reconnect the window motor. Connect the two electrical connectors to the window motor.

9. Test the window motor. Roll the window up and down to make sure that the new window motor is working properly.

10. Reinstall the door panel. Carefully snap the door panel back into place, starting from the bottom. Be sure to align the door panel with the clips that hold it in place.

11. Reconnect the battery.
