* If the fuel gauge does not work after you have replaced the fuel sending unit, check the electrical connection between the fuel sending unit and the instrument cluster.
* If the fuel gauge still does not work, you may need to replace the instrument cluster.
* You can also try cleaning the fuel tank and fuel sending unit with carburetor cleaner. This may help to remove any dirt or debris that is causing the fuel gauge to malfunction.
