1. Locate the blend door actuator. It is usually located behind the instrument panel, near the center of the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blend door actuator.
3. Remove the bolts that hold the blend door actuator in place.
4. Pull the blend door actuator out of the housing.
5. Unclip the old actuator from the blend door.
6. Clip the new actuator to the blend door.
7. Reinstall the blend door actuator into the housing.
8. Secure the blend door actuator with the bolts that you removed earlier.
9. Reconnect the electrical connector to the blend door actuator.
10. Test the blend door actuator to make sure that it is working properly.
