Instructions:

1. Prepare your vehicle. Park your truck on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down. Chock the rear wheels to prevent them from rolling.

2. Jack up your truck. Place the floor jack under the front axle and pump the jack handle until the front wheels are off the ground. Secure the truck in place with jack stands.

3. Remove the lug nuts. Use the lug wrench to loosen the lug nuts on the front wheels. Do not remove the lug nuts completely.

4. Remove the front wheels. Use the lug wrench to remove the lug nuts and take off the front wheels.

5. Remove the brake caliper. Use the 18mm socket and ratchet to remove the two bolts that hold the brake caliper in place. Carefully remove the brake caliper from the rotor.

6. Remove the old brake rotor. Use the 15mm socket and ratchet to remove the two bolts that hold the brake rotor in place. Remove the old brake rotor from the wheel hub.

7. Clean the wheel hub. Use a wire brush to clean the wheel hub and remove any rust or debris.

8. Apply brake grease to the wheel hub. Apply a thin coat of brake grease to the wheel hub. This will help to prevent the new brake rotor from rusting.

9. Install the new brake rotor. Place the new brake rotor on the wheel hub and secure it with the two 15mm bolts. Tighten the bolts until they are snug.

10. Reinstall the brake caliper. Carefully place the brake caliper back over the brake rotor. Secure the brake caliper with the two 18mm bolts. Tighten the bolts until they are snug.

11. Reinstall the front wheels. Place the front wheels back on the truck and secure them with the lug nuts. Tighten the lug nuts until they are snug.

12. Lower the truck. Use the floor jack to lower the truck until the tires are on the ground. Remove the floor jack and jack stands.

13. Test the brakes. Pump the brake pedal several times until it feels firm. Go for a short test drive and brake several times to make sure the brakes are working properly.

Note: If you are not comfortable performing this task, it is recommended to take your truck to a qualified mechanic.
