1. Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position.
2. Within 10 seconds of turning the ignition switch to the "ON" position, press and hold the "UNLOCK" button on the key fob for 10 seconds.
3. Release the "UNLOCK" button.
4. Turn the ignition switch to the "OFF" position.
5. Wait 10 seconds.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 two more times.
7. On the third time, after releasing the "UNLOCK" button, turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position and leave it there.
8. The security indicator light should turn off after a few seconds.
9. If the security indicator light does not turn off, repeat steps 1-8.
