1. Open the hood.
2. Locate the cabin air filter housing. It is located in the far right-hand corner of the engine bay, behind the battery.
3. Release the clips holding the cabin air filter housing in place. There are two clips on either side of the housing.
4. Pull the cabin air filter housing out of the engine bay.
5. Remove the old cabin air filter. It is located inside the housing, behind a plastic panel.
6. Install the new cabin air filter. Make sure that the new filter is installed in the correct direction, with the arrow pointing toward the engine.
7. Reinstall the cabin air filter housing.
8. Close the hood.
