I own a 94 Chrysler Labaren 4door am trying to repair the passengers side window have most of inside panel off but get it at topIs there clips holding this on?

There are usually clips holding the window in place. Try using a flat head screwdriver or pry tool to gently pry the clips out of place. Be careful not to damage the clips or the window. You may also need to remove the door handle and/or armrest to access all of the clips. Once the clips are removed, you should be able to lift the window out of the door.
