2. Locate the expansion valve on the low-pressure side of the air conditioning system. It is typically located near the evaporator.
3. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws holding the expansion valve in place.
4. Use the flathead screwdriver to pry the expansion valve off of the evaporator.
5. Use the needle-nose pliers to remove the O-rings from the old expansion valve.
6. Install the new O-rings on the new expansion valve.
7. Apply a small amount of refrigerant oil to the O-rings.

11. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
12. Turn on the air conditioning and check for leaks.
13. If there are no leaks, add refrigerant to the system until the desired pressure is reached.
Tips:
- When removing the old expansion valve, be careful not to damage the evaporator.
- Be sure to use the correct O-rings for your specific vehicle.
- Do not overtighten the screws holding the expansion valve in place.
