1. Open the rear liftgate of your Toyota Sienna.
2. Locate the two plastic covers on the inside of the liftgate near the tail lights.
3. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry open the plastic covers.
4. You should see a 10mm bolt behind each plastic cover.
5. Use a wrench to loosen the two 10mm bolts.
6. Once the bolts are loosened, you can pull the tail light assembly straight out of the vehicle.
7. Disconnect the electrical connector on the back of the tail light assembly.
8. The tail light assembly is now free to be removed.
