* A Phillips head screwdriver
* A flat head screwdriver
* A 19mm socket wrench
* A breaker bar
* A rubber mallet
1. Disconnect the battery. This is important to prevent the airbag from deploying accidentally.
2. Remove the airbag. There are two screws on the back of the steering wheel that hold the airbag in place. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove these screws. Once the screws are removed, you can carefully pry the airbag out of the steering wheel. Be careful not to touch the wires that are connected to the airbag.
3. Remove the steering wheel nut. The steering wheel nut is located in the center of the steering wheel. Use the 19mm socket wrench to loosen the nut. Once the nut is loosened, you can use the breaker bar to remove it.
4. Remove the steering wheel. Once the nut is removed, you can pull the steering wheel off the steering column. Be careful not to drop the steering wheel.
5. Reconnect the battery. Once the steering wheel is removed, you can reconnect the battery.
