1. Ensure that your vehicle is parked inside your garage and that the garage door is closed.
2. Locate the HomeLinkⓇ button located on the ceiling console.
3. Press and hold the "1" or "2" button for approximately three seconds.
4. The HomeLinkⓇ indicator will flash rapidly indicating the system is now in pairing mode.
5. Press and hold the button on your garage door remote until the HomeLinkⓇ indicator flashes. This might take several seconds. If necessary, move closer to the garage door to improve the signal strength.
6. Once the HomeLinkⓇ indicator light stops flashing, your garage door opener should be programmed and ready to use.
To operate the garage door opener:
- Press the "1" or "2" button on the HomeLinkⓇ panel corresponding to the garage door you want to operate.
To delete a programmed garage door:
- Press and hold the programmed HomeLinkⓇ button for approximately 20 seconds until the indicator light changes from steady to slow flashing.
- The garage door opener is now deleted from your vehicle's memory.
