Park the car in a safe location and apply the parking brake. Jack the front of the car and place it on jack stands.
Remove the wheel nut and tire from the vehicle. Remove the brake caliper and hang it from the suspension or frame using a piece of wire or rope.
Remove the ball joint from the knuckle by unscrewing the ball joint nut and the lower control arm from the knuckle by unscrewing the lower control arm bolts.
Remove the axle nut from the back of the knuckle, and then you can pull the knuckle off of the hub.
Once you have removed the knuckle, you can use a C-clamp or hydraulic press to remove the old wheel studs from the hub. After you have pressed out the old wheel studs, apply a thin coating of anti-seize paste to the new studs and thread them into place by hand. Be sure to tighten the studs to the specified torque.
Then you can reassemble the knuckle by reversing the steps above.
