* Phillips head screwdriver

1. Remove the rear seat. To do this, locate the two bolts on the front of the seat, one on each side. Remove these bolts, and then pull the seat up and out.
2. Remove the speaker grill. This is the plastic cover that protects the speaker. There are two screws that hold the speaker grill in place, one on each side. Remove these screws, and then pull the speaker grill off.
3. Disconnect the speaker wires. There are two wires that connect the speaker to the amplifier. Disconnect these wires by pushing down on the metal tab on the connector and pulling the connector off.
4. Remove the speaker. There are four screws that hold the speaker in place, one in each corner. Remove these screws, and then pull the speaker out.
5. Install the new speaker. Insert the new speaker into the hole in the speaker baffle, and then secure it in place with the four screws. Be sure to connect the speaker wires to the correct terminals on the speaker (white to white, and black/green to black).
6. Test the speakers. Turn on the radio and check to make sure that the new speakers are working.
7. Reinstall the speaker grill.
8. Reinstall the rear seat.
