How do you reset the tire pressure light on a 2006 Nissan Xterra?

2006 Nissan Xterra Tire Pressure Light Reset Procedure:

1. Make sure the tire pressures are at the recommended levels. (See your owner's manual for the correct tire pressure.)

2. Turn on the ignition, but don't start the engine.

3. Press and hold the "TPMS" button (located in the center console) until the tire pressure light blinks three times, then release the button.

4. Start the engine and let it run for at least 20 seconds.

5. The tire pressure light should then turn off.

If the tire pressure light does not turn off, you may need to have the TPMS system serviced.
