Replacing the front speakers requires that you remove the door panel, there are typically 2 screws on arm rest, 1 behind interior door handle, 1 by door latch. Once you remove these screws, there are push pin connectors that hold the rest of the door in place, you can grab around edges and pull and pry gently to release the door panel from these, disconnect your connections to door handle and switches (if power windows), and lift door panel up and off.
You should see the speaker and it will be held by 3-4 bolts, remove the bolts and disconnect speaker connections, then swap in your new speaker and re-assemble in reverse order.
