* A Phillips head screwdriver
* A flat head screwdriver
* A pair of pliers
* A new rear view mirror
Instructions:
1. Open the door of the Avalon and sit in the driver's seat.
2. Locate the rear view mirror. It is located in the center of the windshield.
3. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the rear view mirror in place.
4. Once the screws are removed, use the flat head screwdriver to pry the rear view mirror off of the windshield.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the rear view mirror.
6. Take the new rear view mirror and connect the electrical connector to the back of it.
7. Position the new rear view mirror on the windshield and insert the screws that you removed in step 3.
8. Tighten the screws until the rear view mirror is securely in place.
9. Close the door of the Avalon and you are finished.
