1. Open the driver's side door and sit in the driver's seat.
2. Look to the left of the steering wheel, below the dashboard. You will see a panel that covers a few buttons and connectors.
3. Remove the panel by gently prying it open with your fingers.
4. Once the panel is removed, you will see the OBD-II socket. It is a trapezoid-shaped connector with 16 pins.
5. Plug your OBD-II scanner into the socket.
6. Replace the panel and close the door.
