In most cases, the error is associated with a clogged plenum chamber. There is a TSB to replace the intake plenum chamber. This should resolve code P2010 and P2015.
Additional Possible Fixes:
- Inspect or replace the intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) actuator or control valve solenoid located at the top-rear section of the engine.
- Check for carbon deposits around the tumble flaps which could prevent them from opening or closing. Clean out any deposits if found.
- Check for any damaged wiring and/or connections within the IMRC system.
- Check for any vacuum leaks, which could cause the flap valve not to open or close properly.
