How do you replace tail light bulb on a 1998 Kia Sephia?

To replace the tail light bulb on a 1998 Kia Sephia, follow these steps:

1. Park your Sephia on a level surface and turn off the engine.

2. Open the trunk.

3. Locate the tail light assembly on the side of the trunk that needs the bulb replaced.

4. There will be two rubber plugs on either side of the tail light casing (inside the trunk) behind the tail light lens that you will need to pop out with a finger nail or use the pointed end of a pen.

5. Once you get one of the plugs out the whole casing will come out. It is just snapped into place.

6. Twist the bulb socket counterclockwise and pull it out of the tail light assembly.

7. Remove the old bulb from the socket by gently pulling on it.

8. Insert the new bulb into the socket and twist it clockwise until it is secure.

9. Reinstall the bulb socket into the tail light assembly and turn it clockwise until it is secure.

10. Put the tail light casing back on the car and make sure to line up the snaps, you can then put the rubber plugs back in.

11. Close the trunk.
