Bleed rear brakes on a cr250?

1. Gather your tools and materials. You will need:

* A brake bleeder wrench

* A length of clear tubing

* A container of brake fluid

* A rag

* A flat-blade screwdriver

* A Phillips-head screwdriver

2. Remove the seat and gas tank. This will give you access to the rear brake master cylinder.

3. Find the bleed screw on the rear brake master cylinder. The bleed screw is usually located at the top of the master cylinder.

4. Place a rag under the bleed screw to catch any brake fluid that comes out.

5. Attach the brake bleeder wrench to the bleed screw.

6. Open the bleed screw by turning the wrench counterclockwise.

7. Pump the brake pedal slowly and forcefully several times. As you pump the pedal, you will see brake fluid and air bubbles come out of the bleed screw.

8. Once you see no more air bubbles, close the bleed screw. Tighten the screw until it is snug.

9. Repeat steps 6-8 until no more air bubbles come out of the bleed screw.

10. Top off the brake fluid reservoir with new brake fluid.

11. Reinstall the gas tank and seat.

12. Test the rear brakes to make sure they are working properly.

Be sure to follow all safety precautions when working on your motorcycle. Always wear eye protection, and if you are unsure about any of the steps involved, please consult with your dealer or a qualified mechanic.
