- Replacement alternator belt

Instructions:
1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Open the hood of your vehicle.
3. Locate the alternator belt.
4. Use a breaker bar to loosen the alternator pivot bolt.
5. Use a flat-head screwdriver (optional) to pry the alternator away from the engine block.
6. Remove the old alternator belt.
7. Install the new alternator belt.
8. Use a breaker bar to tighten the alternator pivot bolt.
9. Start your vehicle and check that the alternator belt is properly tensioned.
