How do you make a TH400 automatic transmission to manual transmission?

You cannot convert an automatic transmission to a manual transmission. The two types of transmissions are fundamentally different in design and operation. An automatic transmission uses a fluid coupling or torque converter to transfer power from the engine to the wheels, while a manual transmission uses a mechanical clutch and gears to accomplish the same task. There is no simple way to convert one type of transmission to the other.
